About Us

We started out as a club at Palm Desert High School to promote learning and activity in the robotics field. The students who participate in robotics usually LOVE it. There are great programs involved in robotics and we participate in two of them. You can find out more about these on the "Projects" Page.

We then became independent, got our own office, and started to take on the responsibility of managing our own Non-Profit Organization. And thus, Aperture Robotics and The Bobtallers were born!

The Bobtallers are gearing up for an exciting schedule of robotics tournaments. Our team will be testing their skills in building, programming and game strategy at a series of regional and national robotics tournaments. These competitions will pit our students in head‐to‐head robot battles against teams from across the country and around the world!

Robotic technology is essential to cutting‐edge advancements in the worldwide development of medicine, manufacturing and nanotechnology. Representatives from top universities and institutions attend the national robotics events, recognizing that the next generation of raw talent is on display.
